Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1+ Years IT Experience OR Associate's Degree with 3+ Years IT Experience
- Must live in the Bay Area and have transportation to San Francisco
- Capable time management skills
- Impeccable communication and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Required Technical Knowledge (4+ of the following):
- MS365 (Email, SharePoint, MS Teams, etc)
- Azure (Sentinel, Intune, Virtual Server setup and management, etc.)
- Microsoft Server Administration (including Active Directory and Group Policy)
- Setup and support of Meraki (or similar) networking gear
- Hosted VOIP solutions
- Cabling and Rack Hardware
- MS and Mac Workstations
- Anti-Virus Installation and Management
- Backup knowledge
- Autotask/Datto
Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class IT services to Think Connected's customers
- Manage tickets assigned to you and complete responsibly
- Track project and task time spent on tickets per customer
- Implement portions of larger well-defined projects on time
- Ability to know when to escalate
- Follow known procedures with accuracy and consistency
- Maintain excellent customer service to all customers in all situations.
- Demonstrate initiative and maintain a high degree of professional conduct at all times
- Seek opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance
- Setup and maintenance of all computer and peripheral hardware
- Assist with monitoring and tracking of service tickets to ensure that resolution occurs within the customer's scope of services
- Manage and assist in the maintenance or repair of appropriate technologies and peripherals to ensure availability and good working condition of all equipment
- Develop and maintain knowledge of the customer's specific business environment
- Provide input to and/or develop departmental procedures and incident reports
- Work in a fun and fast-paced environment

Experience:
- MSP: 1 year (Preferred)
- IT Services/Helpdesk Support: 1 year (Required)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Required)
Additional Considerations (pluses):
- Managed service experience
- Desire to gain more exposure to best in class technology services
- SharePoint Online implementation
- Database design or administration
- Scripting or coding skills (HTML 5.0/CSS, Powershell, JavaScript, etc)
- Experience utilizing Autotask & Datto RMM to perform MSP functions
